2. How do I make a
purchase?
Making a purchase could not be easier:
Simply call us with the 'Product Code' we will give you our latest
price. We may need further information from you for curtain items
like 'Ring'; size measurements.
Once you are happy with the price you pay by one of the following
methods:
(Your payment will not be taken until we has been dispatched
to you).
- Mail a cheque or postal order to Tulja Jewellers
- Or, visit Tulja Jewellers shop and we'll take payment via credit card.
- We accept Visa, Solo, Amex, Switch, JCB and Mastercard.
- We do not debit your card until we are satisfied that you have
placed an order and that the goods are available.

Gold Weights?
We have tried to give you the weight of every gold item
included in the e-catalogue. Please note that all weights are approximate.
If a particular item description doesn't answer your queries, please
don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be delighted to investigate

Shipping Costs?
For orders above £50, Postage and Packing is Free
to UK addresses.
- We only deal with orders within the UK.
- All goods are delivered by registered or recorded post.

about Delivery Schedules?
We will deliver your order within 5 to 10 business days
. International orders or goods out of stock are generally received
in under 28 days.
- If you have a deadline, email sales@tulja.co.uk we will try
to do our best to get you what you want as soon as possible.

Orders?
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order
if you would rather not wait.

about Credit Card Security?
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using
our shopping system over the telephone ordering. We will not take
any money out of your account until we have sent your item in post.
We have trained staff to take your orders and will help you with
any enquiry that you may have.

Guarantee?
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come
with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Returned items must be in the
same condition as received. New watches returned must still be unworn
and new and no labels or tags removed.
- You will receive a refund from Jewellers.net within 30 days
of the notice of cancellation being given. We also operate within
the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Tulja Jewellers is a traditional English Jewellers, with quality
products and old fashioned service. Manufacturers warranties are
therefore also available on various products, but these will vary
